The responsibility of alcohol companies

There are public interested in the high death toll from traffic accidents in Thailand might have cause from campaigning of alcohol company. According to Dr Suppakorn Buasai the director of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation suggested that the drunk driving is one main cause of the traffic accident(Sarnsamak 2009). He claimed the alcohol company should have social responsibility(Sarnsamak 2009).The alcohol firms should have social responsibility by abandon every campaigns during celebration because it might help to decrease traffic accident.

The alcohol firms should have social responsibility by helping society to decrease the amount of traffic accident. According to Dr Suppakorn Buasai ,he claimed the alcohol companies use marketing strategies by advertising to increase selling during ceremony(Sarnsamak 2009).It is obviously to see that the alcohol firms can increase purchasing product in campaigning during celebration. Although, It doesn’t assure, suggest that the campaigning of the alcohol company is the cause of the high death toll from traffic accident but it can’t refuse many car accidents was occur form drunk driving. The drunk drivers whose committed the accident might be the customer of these firms. It doesn’t fair for society to take responsibility from the drunk driver while the company gain benefit from those people. Therefore, If the alcohol firms abandon campaigning during the ceremony ,the amount of drunk driving and the traffic accident might decrease.

The traffic accident can decrease by managing of alcohol firms. The alcohol firms couldn’t refuse responsibility to society because they gained a lot of profit by campaigning. The drunk drivers whose commit traffic accident might consume their product. It’ll be better to stop selling during the ceremony.
